Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier located in China. Therefore, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Responsibility
Once the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully verify that the shipping address provided is correct. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
